This mysterious looking place is across from the abandoned cannery on Princess Royal Island in British Columbia. Lou lives there now, by himself with Tiger, a sweet little orange striped cat, so he still gets to witness this on a regular basis.
It occurred to me that the people working in the cannery used to see this as they left the bunk house and headed to the building or pier where they performed their job.
Or maybe on their day off, if they slept in, they looked out the bunk house window.
The trees provided the filter for the sun through the mist, and clouds. It’s just the wonder of nature doing its thing.
